Mr Prentice is a senior resources executive with 25 plus years domestic and international experience. Mr Prentice started his career working in commercial and business development roles within the resources sector working for some of Australia’s most successful gold and nickel exploration and production companies. During the last 16 years, Mr Prentice has gained international oil and gas exploration and production sector experience (with a specific focus on the Mid-Continent region of the United States) working in both executive and non-executive director roles with Australian publicly traded companies.

Mr. Coxhell is a geologist with 34 years of diverse experience encompassing all aspects of the resource sector including exploration, resource development, metallurgical considerations and mining. Mr Coxhell has maintained significant exposure to capital markets, fund raising and significant corporate experience over the last 15 years in senior executive roles.

Mr. Coxhell most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Echo Resources Limited (Echo), while at Echo Mr. Coxhell was responsible for leading Echo Resources through the exploration, resource definition, and PFS and BFS of the Julius and Bronzewing Gold Project, located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.

Mr. Coxhell will focus on progressing exploration at the Company’s Projects and brings a heightened technical capacity to the board that will enhance the Company’s ability to generate value for shareholders from its current and future projects.

Mathew is a businessman and founder of numerous public and private enterprises. Specialising in the natural resources sector, Mathew has served as Chairman or Managing Director of public enterprises with operations in Australia, Africa, Europe, Central Asia, North America and South America.

Rhys holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and has experience as a lawyer having worked in private practice since 2005. He has assisted a diverse range of companies with corporate transactions, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and backdoor listings, due diligence investigations and Corporations Act and ASX listing rules compliance.

Rhys also has corporate secretarial experience in assisting listed entities with a wide range of compliance matters, including in relation to continuous disclosure, reporting, corporate governance, shareholders’ meetings and related party transactions.

Rhys is currently Company Secretary of ASX listed companies Avira Resources Limited, Blaze Minerals Limited, eMetals Limited and FBR Limited.

Dylan is a geologist with more than 9 years of experience in various commodities including gold, tin, lithium, tungsten and copper. He has operated in several Southern and Eastern African countries, including Uganda, since 2017 and will manage the Company’s in-country exploration activities.

Mr Allan Agumya is a local Ugandan businessman who has been involved in the mining industry for over 13 years and has a broad contact base within the Uganda business and regulatory community. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Miner’s Forum Uganda.
